The not so amazing thing about it is that they simply have no qualms about lying not to mention feeling no shame of doing it and having it known.

This x1,000,000. If the UT administration doesn’t have a team of lawyers ready to sue the NCAA out of existence if they give us anything other than a slap on the wrist, it will be gross negligence on their part.

They could already be at about 80 or 81 right now, even with the late enrollees from 2023. Some "gitshirts" could help the situation, where you take all of your medicine in the first year and stay at about 77 or 78 in 2023.

Hubbs has said he thinks UT tried to negotiate with the NCAA and just have like 4 or 5 scholarships taken away and that the NCAA Enforcement wanted the punishment to be tougher. But, the Committee on Infractions could be lenient and let us off with a fine and "time served".

Maybe 10. But the NCAA enforcement staff was not buying our 16 already self-imposed, because they said (probably rightly) that we couldn't fill them anyway in 2021 and 2022, which we couldn't, due to the coaching change and all of the out-transfers.

IMO the NCAA commenting that UT’s handling of this situation from the outset was “exemplary” and the proper way an institution should handle these things would only have a positive effect on the outcome. However…the NCAA is a mixed up, poorly executed organization AT BEST so never underestimate their ability to completely botch any end results.

Will always be grateful for Fulmer for the 98 season but I wonder by allowing him to resign instead of firing him as AD will hurt us in the ncaa eyes when we told them we cleaned house.
