So you'd work for an employer who offered to pay you in free education and access to a sweet gym?

Who is forcing them to come there? They have options. They can go get a job just like their HS classmates do. They can get a job with the city hauling garbage in 100 degree heat or -10 in the snow or go get a factory job putting in 12 hours 7 days a week.

So take your entitlement viewpoint and stow it. If you had ever done either of the above jobs for a month or two, the sweet gym and free education ain't a bad place to be.

Agreed, I've worked 50+ hours for not enough. I'll take the hollywood gym and the free education with COA.
