I'm proud of this team, I wasn't even sure we'd make it out of the first round against UVA. Might be the worst elite 8 team in awhile, but I'll take it.

Probably time to start referring to Billy Donovan as a future Hall of Fame Coach.

1) Only three coaches in the modern era can claim back to back national titles: Wooden, Coach K, and Donovan.

2) Donovan has taken a Florida program, which prior to his arrival only hoped to squeeze its way into the tournament, and turned it into a regular entrant, and of course his record in the tournament is outstanding.

3) The 2004-2005 team was the first to win an SEC tourney c-ship.

4) His record with UF is 386-157, and overall he has won over 400 games (421-177).

In 2010, UT beat a #11, a #14, and a #2 to make the elite 8. This year, we've beaten a #10, a #15, and a #3 to make it. Not exactly a big difference there.

yea we lost the last 4 reg season games werent expected to do much
