I haven't missed your point at all. All I said was that he was listed as a Graduate student on the CU website and that the NCAA allowed to play immediately.

Okay agreed but from where and with what degree? He didn't graduate from UT nor Arizona st. He entered Arizona st in July of 2023 as a Senior. He was kicked off the team and then moves to Colorado now listed as a Grad Transfer. It's hard to be a grad transfer if you didn't graduate in order to transfer.
