**** Nebraska Vs Colorado Thread ****

You’re making my point lol. But that’s enough about Deion, you win.
No he isn’t, he’s making you look like an idiot who dug his heels in on a subject you clearly don’t know anything about, and your head is so far up your own a$$ you will never admit when you’re wrong.

Yeah “brainwashing”… go back to infowars YouTube clips, smoothbrain.

Oh boy, it’s you again. Go eat your vegetables and take a nap dipsh*t.

I don’t hate the guy but he literally said we’re bringing in new guys to replace you. He did that and they’re winning games. If this was the same team they’d be equally as bad.
I've seen this argument or a version of it several times in this thread. This seems like an odd argument to me.

Is recruiting not part of coaching in CFB? Identifying talent? Watching film and practice and seeing who has the talent and who doesn't? He did that. Now he's developing guys and coaching them up. Why waste time on guys that simply don't possess the ability to play at a championship level if your goal is to win a championship?

I get that this feels weird in CFB. For 150 years, you took over a team and that was your team. But now? Players can leave when they want. They can get paid. So now, if you aren't good enough, you gotta go. The kids that were cut still have opportunities at lower level schools. But this is the world kids asked for, now they've got it. Coaching salaries are now off the charts, but the pressure and ask is to win and win now. CP did what he was hired to do, he made them team clearly better.

Who's putting him on a pedestal?

Vegas set their win total over/under at 3 games. He's 2-0. Lol. You're funny.
Normal people: “Colorado beat TCU and dominated Nebraska? Huh, pretty impressive.”

People triggered by Deion: “WHY DON’T JUST CROWN HIM KING OF THE WORLD!!!”

Normal people: “Wait, what?”

Am I the only one here who doesn't get the fascination with a 7-5 to 9-3 Colorado team who hasn't won anything of note since 2016?

Oh, right...Coach Prime.

Come at me after the Oregon game.

Can I revise my season prediction to 7-5? Forget the 2-0 start. UC goes 4-6...5-5 at best ...down the stretch.

UC is one level deep. It shows down the stretch.

Go Vols.

I mean there’s a legitimate chance that they end up 5-7. But that would still be a pretty remarkable achievement given the what he inherited and the fact that he basically overturned an entire roster in a few months.

No one is saying Nebraska and TCU are amazing. In fact, Nebraska is pretty bad.

The conversation should be as simple as where was Colorado last year and where are they now. The clear answer is much better. And that is all that matters. That's the proof Coach Prime is a good coach. And recruiting is part of being a good coach in CFB (before someone else talks about the roster turnover...again).
That's not all that matters. He knows his football but his ethics fail.

Prime always knew how to grab the limelight. He’s done a great job so far but no doubt there’s both an element that’s drooling too much as well as an element that refuses to give credit where it’s due. That’s what Prime does. He’s polarizing but either way you’re talking about him and about Colorado so he’s good no matter what anyone thinks of him. Maybe he should run for POTUS as this sounds really familiar.
