Need Advice on Neighbors Dog…

Dog whistle.
Blow it during the night and early morning while they are asleep. Everytime you go to the bathroom, etc.
The barking will disturb their sleep. Either they put dog out unleashed and you call animal control or they get rid of their "problem" dog.

If there is a way to set the whistle on an automatic timer during the night where you don't need to be awake, even better.

My thoughts as well. I just mulch my dogs up when I mow. Natutal fertilizer.

Pick the poop up with a paper towel and place it under the door handle of their cars. They will get the hint. Don't harm the dog, the owners are fair game though.

Depending on where you live, you may want to do a search to make sure neighbor doesn't have violent history. In Tennessee there have been numerous stories of shootings, deaths, fights, etc, involving complaints over dogs. Many years ago, there were a couple of dogs who roamed, after one attacked neighbors dog and had to pay vet bill, no problem with dogs. The dog recovered.

This happened recently down around Lawrenceburg. Fatal shooting, one dead.
