Needing prayers.

Please continue to keep my family in your prayers.
I just got the call that another cousin (first cousin once removed who was the closest to me in age growing up) has died. I am 55, and she is a year younger than I am. She might be 53 since I just had a birthday.
What we heard this morning is that it was the flu. It hasn't been six months since her husband lost a grueling battle with colon cancer.
This is the second of my cousins who has died in the past week.
Again, thanks for the prayers for my family.
Dang man I'm sorry to hear that. Definitely praying for you guys.

Give your loved ones an extra hug today, and please continue to keep our family in your prayers.
I just found out today that her parents (her mom is my first cousin) had been over there to help her while she was sick. They came home Wednesday, as she seemed to be doing better. On Thursday, the mom tried twice to text her, and no reply. Yesterday morning early, her parents still hadn't heard from her, so they drove back over there (to Salisbury, NC) and her father is the one who found her on the floor and called 911. I just cannot imagine.

Still praying man, and you're right, can't take any moment we have for granted.

Thanks Mikey,
She had a very bad case of the flu and had been on medications for that. She was feeling better but wasn't completely over it, I don't think. For now, they are saying it was a heart attack. But now what caused the heart attack, we haven't heard.

This is a little friend of ours, Carrie, they had an accident in Atlanta. She was there for medical treatment for something hard to explain, but she can't eat, has a feeding tube. They were on their way home, and got hit. Sadly, she's the only one injured in the wreck. You guys pray for her, and the family.

What do you mean “sadly” she was the only one injured? Did you want everybody injured? 🤨

There are women in Ft. Myers with small children and/or babies that are either already sleeping in the woods, behind dumpsters or in parks or about to be. Alot of them. This is just one city in Florida.

Like Chris Rock said in "Bigger and Blacker" There's men out there that aint handling they business.

Yeah, I'm triggert. All of them could use a prayer today.

My niece plays basketball for the middle school. They had a game tonight, and soon as it was over their coach fell dead on the way out of the gym. Those kids are tore up, and I imagine his family is as well. Fairly young guy around my age, and has kids of his own. I didn't know him well, but knew him from passing at the rec department.

My mother Karin has developed post COVID pneumonia and is now on a vent. She is the special person that brought me into this world in Knoxville back in 1973.

Please keep her in your thoughts. Thank you.
@ThreatLevelOrange ,I hope you don't mind me quoting you over here. While we're a crazy bunch, these folks back here will sincerely pray, and that's why I'm sharing it here. If it was my momma, I'd want as many as possible praying, and I know our end zone family will.
