Don't know why, but I'm reminded of the words to Believe by Brooks and Dunn.

If anyone deserved a ticket to the other side it'd be that sweet old man (woman) that looked me in the eyes and said
I raise my hands
Bow my head
I'm finding more and more truth
In the words written in red
They tell me that there's more to life
Than just what I can see
Oh I believe.

I was hoping she'd be down your way in October, I was going to try my best to meet her somehow if we stay near Ft Myers. I would've even went to church one night, I'd love to thank her, and you, for that moment last year. God knew what was coming, and I believe he used you to inspire her to stand in for Tiffany. Even if it doesn't work out, I'll forever be grateful.

She was thrilled and honored to do it. As I've said, she's that typical sweet old lady that lives to give.

Still haven't heard anything since last night. I was told it was "bad", but you know how that can be sometimes. Obviously it's bad, but it may not be life threatening or permanent injuries, just don't know.

But I know she will be thankful for the prayers.

I didn't get any details, but she's doing well. She's hoping to get a brace and be released by Wednesday.

She is so humbled and grateful for the prayers.

Born in 1977. Grandparents graduated UT in '54 and grandmother still alive today at 91. I didn't attend UT but being born into a Big Orange family we were given no other choice, lol. Been going to Neyland every year at least once since '77. Had same 2 seats in Section R since '54 until this year. Currently have 4 season tickets but now all are in Section Q.
