Needing prayers.

Pray for me, I had a fever when I got home from work, I took a couple of Tylenol and now it
is back to normal for now, but I feel like I have the flu, but I have had a flu shot, but I
appreciate your prayers.....thanks so much and I probably should get a covid test tomorrow.

Flu shot only covers one strand. It could be a different strand. And if it is covid everyone I know who’s had it including myself while it can be rough it’s in part due to other issues. Chin up. Praying regardless

Who did your husband fly for? What did he fly?

Cargo, then corporate, then UT. I was using Flight Watch long, long ago. Those were fun years, when we were still flying recruits around. He was flying Pat when she went into labor.

Everything from beat-up Aztecs in the early years to a King Air at the end.

Thanks for your prayers, I am better now. My Dad has been sick with a serious cough, and is covid negative, but has not been able to shake the cough, but hopefully his new
medicine will work for him, keep him in your prayers and I sure appreciate all of your prayers.

do they still put codeine in any of the prescription cough medicenes ?

Well my dad found out he’s positive today. Mom is still waiting on her results but I’m pretty sure she will be positive also. My dad has very minor sinus like symptoms so far and my mom has a little worse sinus symptoms. We are officially in quarantine since we was with them this weekend.

So sorry to hear about the positive test for your Dad, prayers for him and your Mom and all of you all.

I am sure they do and even stronger than that, but my Dad has asthma and used to get pneumonia alot before pneumonia shots
were around and his lungs are so delicate and even though he is 85 he still works real estate, he is trying to scale back but I think
that he is going to have to go back to the Dr. because he had a fever last night and of course is still coughing, so keep him in your
prayers, and I appreciate your prayers so much.

Update: Mom and dad still having mild sinus like issues and a bad cough but good for the most part. Me and the wife’s test came back negative.

Sounds like a lot of folks on here are going thru a lot right now. Continued prayers for everyone and thanks for all the prayers gang. Hopefully this passes soon for my parents and everyone else!

I talked with my Dad today and he was actually able to talk without coughing and that is
truly an answered prayer because he has been coughing for two weeks and not been
able to talk without coughing, and I am glad that he is covid negative and I appreciate
all of your prayers.
