I believe you told me this when I called you that for the first time and I asked you then and I’ll ask you now. Is it okay if I refer to you as Ro Ro? If it offends you, of course, I won’t. You just seem Ro Ro to me, but I can go back to rocy. Whichever you prefer buddy. My Dad Nicknamed me Roo when I was a kid because I jumped around like Captain Kangaroo. It stuck.

Prayers for her and all of you.I know I’ve been a little quiet here lately. I told this to Ro Ro somewhat. When Dad and Mom was in their car accident, they found a mass inside Mom’s kidney. She goes tomorrow at Fort Saunders for the biopsy tomorrow. If any of you have time, say a prayer for her. I would appreciate it.

lol, the garden was at that stage about four weeks ago, as the deadline was approaching for the garden tour (last Saturday.) It all definitely got away from us when the unusual heat and rain made everything explode just when Hubs threw out his back, and I developed serious vertigo. But we went into panic mode, yanked out the dead and dying plants (let me tell you all about tomato fungal diseases when you have a week or two to spare), and survived the tour. Over two hundred people came through, no idea how close to three hundred. In five hours, there was one 5-minute or so period with no visitors in the backyard so that I could run inside and grab a beer. There are pics on the Endzone Garden thread.Thank you and will. I really haven’t paid much attention, are you and hubby doing okay? And mom also? I figured you would be at that stage of ‘why in the hell did I plant all this and what am I going to do with all this’ stage.

I still have faint memories of the joy of planting at the start, harvesting, being a really good sharing neighbor, friend, family member and whoever I came across in daily life. Of course, there comes that time, at the end of the growing season. That’s when you ask yourself ‘why in the hell did I do this’. The cycle starts again in February when you start planning for the next season. Visitors? Family or not, the clock starts ticking after 30 minutes, I have naps to take.lol, the garden was at that stage about four weeks ago, as the deadline was approaching for the garden tour (last Saturday.) I am horrified that the tomatillos and hot peppers are still blooming, and that the bees are still pollinating them. Dear God in Heaven, will it ever stop??I still have faint memories of the joy of planting at the start, harvesting, being a really good sharing neighbor, friend, family member and whoever I came across in daily life.
