Alshon Jeffrey had a very similar skill set. And I think creamer had an injury the caused him to miss most of the year. Who knows how high this guy will end up being ranked. And no offense but...I'll take the coaching staffs evaluation over yours. Welcome aboard young man!

If this were the Sunday before NSD... then that would matter alot more. Maybe now no one else offers since he's a legacy committed to his dad's alma mater.

You would probably be shocked at how many "fast" WR's run in that same range. But... I think there's a decent chance this kid grows into a TE if he can add and keep weight.

Because a very athletic kid who can catch a football at 6'4" 220 just committed to play at UT... If you are a Vol fan then that should excite you.

Rutgers would have beat us the past few years.

I'm 99.9 pct sure that 40 time is probably not updated. They rarely are.

Early rankings will have him as a 3*. He missed all of last year and has not camped much and doesn't have a lot of film. That probably won't change because he has already committed to us so I doubt he will be camping much. Unfortunately for Neiko, dumbasses like you will continue to doubt him.

Great point and comparison. Same weight as Boldin, 3 inches taller. Boldin ran 4.7+ at the combine. Creamers a junior in high school, plenty of time to improve his speed but with that body how much faster does he really need to be? No 5'10 180 lb corner is checking him, few linebackers will be able to either. Great get for UT.

Pretty stupid series of comments, not to mention misuse of the word since, but I digress. Maybe, if you're a Vols fan, you could get excited about a 6'4 220lb very athletic, physical receiver. He really hasn't attended any camps so he hasn't gotten thr evaluations to rank him. I do think one service has him at 3* but look for him to jump if he attends camp(s) this summer.

His speed: 4.68. What's your point? I can think, very quickly, of 2 guys who ran 4.65-4.75 during their combine workouts who had/have pretty decent NFL careers....Jerry Rice and Anquan Boldin. The kid is a junior in high school- he can probably, pretty easily, get that 40 time in the 4.5s if that makes you happy. Finally, hell yeah it matters that his Dad played here. Kid is passionate about being a Vol which can make all the difference- the examples are endless. Hope that makes "cents" to you.
