Correct. Their current strategy to move toward a "password-sharing" discounted solution is beyond stupid. That would encourage subscribers that currently are following the rules and paying for their own account to go in as a group with friends to lower their per-subscriber monthly fee. They’ve been kind calling it password sharing. It’s theft.
If you're not living in their home anymore, then you are part of the problem. Everybody thinks they are owed things for free.I’ve been using my parents login since high school, no way I’m paying for it myself though.
All these streaming services are going to compete themselves to death, it’s almost getting cheaper to just get cable again.
I pay extra to have multiple users. That covers my wife and daughters. I use my daughter’s Disney+. I don’t bitch at the extra and every time they up the monthly subscription…so I don’t see the entitlement. If you're not living in their home anymore, then you are part of the problem. Sharing accounts within a household is allowed. If your daughters are grown up and out of the house, then they should have their own accounts. It's not a really difficult concept.I pay extra to have multiple users. That covers my wife and daughters. I use my daughter’s Disney+. My daughter uses my NF account and I use her Prime. They've both jacked the rates up. It's not a sin to share. And, it sure aint a crime.
If you want to subsidize me, pay for my medical insurance. If the streaming rates go up any higher, I will cancel. Then you can still pay what they want to charge and can't blame me. Good grief. A gallon of gas costs as much as a pound of ground beef. On sale. With a coupon.
I disagree with you. My daughters are always in my “household”. Thinking the “difficult concept” for you is running your own life and getting that right before you attempt to fix others.Sharing accounts within a household is allowed. Newsflash back: I DO pay for Netflix. Every month.Newsflash: I don't give a crap if you stream Netflix. In fact, if you're not paying for it, then I PREFER that you don't stream Netflix. You're adding to their costs while giving zero revenue. Then, Netflix has to increase the monthly fee to people that actually don't steal their service, like me. I'm sick of subsidizing everybody else.
If your daughters are grown and out of the house on their own, they are no longer considered part of your household. I don't give you a **** if you don't like me. I'm sick of all the entitlement.I disagree with you. My daughters are always in my “household”.
