The first season of Heroes is great.

After that it goes downhill. Season 2 is ok, Season 3 is ehh, and Season 4 is downright awful.

It's pretty obvious they didn't plan the story out past the first season. Season 2 they went crazy introducing new characters and powers, season 3 the storyline went nuts and the last season was a complete borefest with an incredibly stupid plot.

I would watch the first season for sure. If you really like it watch the rest until you can't stand it anymore.

BBC makes some pretty darn good shows. Getting used to that UK tv production style can be a hurdle for many, but a worthy one to make it over.

I started in January and have made my way into season 4. Awesome, awesome show!

I remember not being blown away by the acting or story in the first several episodes. Once everything gets going...buckle up.
