yeah the first season was better, but overall it is a solid show. i hope there is a third season.

Thought the last episode was solid. Pretty good stopping point for the series as a whole anyways. Would've loved another season though, great show.

Going to check out a doc tonight for class, JTrain, you might like it. It's called Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters. It's about Yukio Mishima, who is one of the greatest modern Japanese authors, playwrights, filmmakers, actors, a kendo master, body builder, right wing militant who sought to restore the emperor, and committed seppuku in 1970 after a failed coup attempt.

Sounds interesting, I added it, will check it out in the near future.

I've been watching the heck out of Doctor Who lately. I'm about halfway through season 2 right now. I've seen some of the last episodes with Tennant as the Doctor last year. I had been meaning to get into it after seeing some of those later episodes and finally have. Love it - liked the first season's Doctor portrayal better so far but Tennant is fine as the Doctor.

Really like most of the episodes with a couple of favorites that stand out being Father's Day, The Doctor Dances, and The Girl in the Fireplace. Can't wait to keep slicing through the series.

getting addicted to Rescue Me. Wife is gone this week so I should get a good amount of shows in

One of the best series I've watched. The drama starts to get a little old, but they keep going back to the humor in the firehouse, which makes the show great.

Not sure if this one has already been mentioned in this thread but, even if it has, Netflix just recently put up the entire 5 1/2 hour version. Previously they just had the edited 1 1/2 hour or 2 hour version, can recall which.

I watched Amexicano last night, not a bad flick, pretty poor plot management from beginning to end, but it was overall pretty decent.
