Well, he thinks he's a she; so your German Shepard would probably need to be male. All I know is MIT degree or not, I wouldn't trust this clown to insert a fuel assembly in a reactor core. I happen to have a MS in Nuclear Engineering and know others who do, too; but I wouldn't necessarily consider the degree alone a qualifier. A guy who can't dress himself appropriately for a business is a disqualifier right off the bat regardless of other qualities. A great example would be Fauci - he may have the academic achievement, but he's a failure in his position.

The theory for security for positions like this used to be based on extensive background checks to make sure candidates couldn’t be blackmailed by embarrassing activities in their past. It appears Biden has found a new approach. Find candidates who have openly done everything imaginable no matter how embarrassing, thus making blackmail impossible.
