My kids HS has been doing this at least for 8 years or so. Mostly at basketball games. Bad when it backfires.

Unfortunately, Team USA has as hard a schedule as the Vols do this year. The group they are in is murderous.

You can't compare the two given that USA has one of the best squads in it's history as a team, but yes, USA was screwed by FIFA

I consider myself to be a casual soccer fan but I think that's one of the dumbest cheers.

Aggie crowd also waits until it's obvious that USU has the game won and begins the cheer as "I believe that we HAVE won....". Also, good with the "up by 20, or up by 30" when the score allows it.

Not true. We've never done it as I believe that we have won. We do winning team losing team though "Winning Team, Losing Team" Chant Against Nevada - Utah State Basketball - YouTube

North Endzone- V
East Sideline- O
South Endzone-L
West Sideline- S

I'm not sure why UT has never embraced crowd chants. With such a large and loud stadium it would be awesome.

Disclaimer: I'm not a Woooer so I don't count that. Plus the fans can't even get that correct as there is Woooing going on at different times.
