I mean, can the Biden administration create yet another useless department for hiring useless woke activists that does absolutely nothing for actual Americans while ignoring real problems? WHY YES, IT CERTAINLY CAN! 
The Justice Department announced Thursday it is taking a “series of actions to secure environmental justice for all Americans.”
It includes a new office that will prioritize environmental justice and the climate crisis.
Attorney General Merrick Garland wrote in a statement, “Although violations of our environmental laws can happen anywhere, communities of color, indigenous communities, and low-income communities often bear the brunt of the harm caused by environmental crime, pollution, and climate change.”
Garland said the department will prioritize cases that will create the greatest impact on communities “most overburdened by environmental harm.”

As you can see, the fires of justice burn bright in recently hired agents of the newly constituted Office of Environmental Justice - POLUTERS EVERYWHERE BEWARE!
Its about time too, as at a US border, trash continues to pile up from illegals pouring over. I'm glad this is clearly going to be a priority now! Take that illegals! The DOJ is on you now for littering!
