New GOP Public Enemy No. 1: Taylor Swift

People that vote because of who an entertainer likes shouldn't be voting. That's what's wrong, it's a popularity contest, nobody has a clue about policy. Those same yahoos who voted because of who Taylor Swift liked, has no clue Biden is a racist piece of crap. Same goes for the right, and Ted Nugent followers.

Where in the BoR or the Constitution are reasons for voting covered?

I was a 21 year old intern and I found the discrepancy in less than 2 hours....

The issue at a CC is the ones receiving the freebies are the same ones who ran it...

Exactly. It just takes a miniscule effort to hold your business accountable. I have formulae in my inventory docs that break down specific variances by category. You can easily spot patterns if you seek them.

She is the organization. She's in charge of everything.

And what do you think about Bob Dylan? Neil Young?

Singing talent isn't everything. I appreciate a great voice, but it doesn't seem to be a high priority for me and my tastes. Honestly, it seems to be more important to people who have mundane taste in music.
Bob Dylan (will appear in Memphis in February) is no where near being a great singer, but RS has him a greater SINGER than both Elvis Presley and Paul McCartney.

Neil Young? Are you kidding? Is he on anyone's list of great SINGERS? We are discussing SINGING talent, not business acumen or song writing talent. A Southern Man don't need him around.

My point is Trump and the Rs politically attacking someone popular with the voters they need to win an election is stupid as hell....
Oh I agree. I just can't comprehend someone basing their entire opinion because of an entertainer.

I never said they were, at all. I don't understand what that has anything to do with my statement, unless you're just offended that I don't think someone should vote based on Taylor Swift. Shake it off dude 😁

Is that any different than basing it on someone pushing propaganda or false statements like a Rachel Maddow, Benny, Catturd, etc...

You are talking about singing. Nobody else really is. You are hung up on her singing voice as if it's the only thing, and I am saying there are other things. Nobody is ranking Bob Dylan as a singer. I'm saying he's an admirable artist despite his singing limitations.

Liz Cheney weighs in on the controversy of the day: Taylor Swift

“Taylor Swift is a national treasure,” Cheney said on X, seeming to rebut the heat Swift has taken from the right.

Former Wyoming lawmaker Liz Cheney came to Taylor Swift’s defense Wednesday, calling the pop sensation a “national treasure.”

I think both bases have a sincere problem voting for the right reasons. You ever watch when Leno went out asking people about Obama's stances on things, he may have done bush also, it was someone else. People had no clue what their "guy" believes, or what their policies were. You have people who vote party, period, and you have people swayed by celebrities. I had a black guy tell me he didn't care that Biden was racist, he wasn't a Republican, and that's what matters.

If you ever meet Taylors dad and you want to see a priceless reaction, when he tells you he’s Taylor Swifts dad (and he will) ask Taylor who?

Taylor Swift being a "controversy" at all for attending football games is so so very stupid

It's truly a brilliant strategy: let's win back suburban white women by ... ruthlessly attacking their daughters' favorite person.

Oh come on the left went scorched earth for years now it’s about what would be the winning strategy ?

Winning strategy, scorched earth or however else you want to refer to it, grown adults throwing temper tantrums about seeing Taylor Swift on TV is embarrassing

Who? Can't say I know one song.
Additionally I don't give a crap one way or the other.
From what I hear about her she's the Starbucks of music. Sheep lining up to buy anything she sells.
Sorta like the sheep lining up to sop up whatever Trump says at a rally.
