Missouri's barely. They were truly almost dead last last season. I think UK is awful, but they'll statistically not be dead last I guess.
They weren't just last in conference, though, at the end of the regular season they were almost dead last in everything in the country among the 128 teams at the FBS level:

113th in passing yards per game

120th in rushing yards per game

127th in points scored per game
91st in sacks allowed per game
81st in interceptions thrown

112th in tackles for losses allowed

102nd in 4th down conversions
105th worst red zone offense
And 117th worst in time of possession per game
(In hindsight, it's kind of impressive that their defense and its numbers were so good because it was pretty much on the field for 40 of 60 minutes each game.)
So UK's defense is close to being
