They came out swinging and once again we looked very lost on defense. At this point I just hope we can bend a lot without breaking in some of these SEC games. If the defense is this bad the rest of the year we're only winning 3, maybe 4.

Heard some funny news.

Our DC was sent up into the booth during halftime, and we only gave up 7 points vs 35 in the first when he was on the sidelines.

I think he was up there the whole game. But from the way I understood things it seems like Stoops may be start taking more of a lead in that dept. Said he went in immediately at halftime and told the defense what to fix then talked tothe defensive coaches.

I can't remember, but it was someone on twitter who told me that. I don't think I even looked for him on the sideline at all to be honest though.

I did hear Stoops say he was going to be more involved, but 42 points given up to NMSU doesn't make me feel very good.
