I just passed through many, many years ago in the Bangor Airport. Never left the terminal so I can't say.

Everyone says it's nice though.

That is pretty sweet. You could have yourself a nice cheap vacation if you combine that with using air bnb. We used that and got to stay in historic North Boston for $110 per night. That's cheaper than a shat hole motel all the way out by the airport.

My wife's other job is working for Choice hotels...we also get rooms at any choice hotel brand for 35-100 dollars a night for the really upscale joints. :hi: Our problem right now is just getting the time off. I don't get paid vaca till after December. Allegiant flies to Bangor from St Pete, so I am hoping to take a long weekend in Oct. The New England countryside is the most beautiful place in the country that time of year....well outside of the Smokies that is. But The Smokes don't have the awesome seacoast that Maine has. :hi:

Great. We have just finished the first half of freshman orientation at my full time job, and job number 2 is rolling right along as well. Staying busy, but the trip with our daughter to Disney in October makes it all worth it. It doesn't hurt to have two jobs I love.
