If you tell people from other countries how much it costs for us to treat ourselves they’ll almost not believe you. I guess you think it’s normal for people to go into debt from medical bills and lose everything. We literally rank last overall in all high income countries in health care but feel free to be a sheep and believe what you’re told. Hopefully you or nobody you love doesn’t get a serious disease like cancer and has to decide on treatment with debt or just a slow death. Unfortunately I’ve been apart of it.

Sure, people from other countries are shocked by our HC costs, just like we're shocked by how much they pay in taxes to subsidize their HC costs. The money all comes from the same sources, the individual whether it's through insurance payments, direct payments or taxes.

I see that you have swallowed the lie about the US ranking last in HC, we don't. We have the highest survivability rates when it comes to cancer, heart disease and most everything else. Our problem is we have more of these diseases than most other 1st world countries because of our unhealthy lifestyles.

You speak as if IDF is deliberately targeting "innocents" for death. A question and thought:

1) why does Hamas not clear women, children and other non-combatants from the fighting areas?
2) If Israel has set out to commit genocide, there would not be any debate about it and the deaths would be far higher than the number you stated. They have the ability to kill on a mass scale.

If there is any genocide against the Palestinian people, Hamas is the one committing it.

Thailand currency and US currency is hard to translate bc 2000 Baht sounds like a lot but it’s actually like 58$. I paid 15 USD for 3 medications, and to see a doctor. So around 500 Baht. For comparison, the average meal at a restaurant in Bangkok, which is an upper level city there is around 29$ per person at a nice place to eat. To be seen, treated, and given 3 medications which I received all at the hospital itself cost me practically half what a meal cost.
