New Orleans Attack

New Orleans’ FBI Office, Police Department Are Chock Full Of DEI Nonsense

The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) and the city’s FBI field office are staunch advocates for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) — and those same agencies are investigating the terrorist attack that killed at least 15 people early Wednesday morning.

The New Orleans FBI Field Office has aggressively promoted diversity initiatives on social media, especially in its recruitment efforts. A press release from May 20, 2024, stated the bureau would hold a “Diversity Agent Recruitment (DAR) event” to aid in their search for applicants with “diverse backgrounds, skills, opinions, and perspectives.”

Another post from June 2024 says the agency is “committed to fostering diversity and inclusion by hiring special agents from a variety of unexpected backgrounds.”

A July 2021 post captioned “The Value of Diversity” celebrates “Near and Middle East Heritage Month.”

Several other posts celebrate black history, women’s history and LGBT pride months.

Reports are out the guy had a gunshot to the head before the blast. That means he either did that sitting there, which nobody reacts to it, or he programmed the truck to drive and park there and did it on the way.

If the information being reported is accurate (and that is a BIG if), he did it right there in the valet.

Apparently he parked the truck, went inside the hotel, and then returned to the truck. The bomb detonated less than 20 seconds after he returned. This is reported as on video.

It would make sense that he would know when it would go boom. Opted for bullet to the head over boom

Mosque Near Home Of New Orleans Attacker Reportedly Tells Locals Not To Speak Directly To Feds Or Media

A mosque near the home of the New Orleans New Year’s Day terror suspect barred its worshipers from responding directly to law enforcement or media inquiries about the attack, according to reports.

The Houston Masjid Bilal condemned “terrible acts” in an apparent reference to the attack, according to Newsweek. “If approached by the FBI and a response is necessary, please refer to CAIR [Council on American-Islamic Relations] and ISGH [Islamic Society of Greater Houston],” the post continued.

“If anyone is contacted by the media, it is very important that you do not respond. If approached by the FBI and a response is necessary, please refer to CAIR and ISGH,” Houston Masjid Bilal wrote on Facebook, WCBM reported.

College football fans have blasted ESPN for not showing the national anthem and moment of silence at the Sugar Bowl following the terror attack in New Orleans.

The senseless act of violence claimed the lives of 14 and left 35 injured, before Jabbar was killed by police in a resulting shootout.

Yet to the dismay of fans online, neither of those poignant moments were captured on ESPN's main channel, with the network instead showing pundits breaking down the game in the studio. The anthem and moment of silence were only shown in full on its alternative SEC Network channel, meaning most viewers did not get to see it.

Sorry, Dinkin, I did not read that into the comments addressed, so I disagree. However, full disclosure, I have not read the entire thread, having skipped a few pages. Just saw the quoted remarks and subsequent responses.

Then you haven't been paying much attention for a while, now.

I don't have time to read through all the interval posts, but has anyone addressed where the 50 cal bullet went after passing through his head? They don't disappear, and that round definitely won't stop in a skull.

Also, are the valet attendants temporarily deaf?

DE is available in other calibers. .357 and .44 that I know of. Still, your point remains. Where did the round go?

Thailand does have good hospitals especially in Major cities like Bangkok or Chiang Mai but remember, you also have to consider the cost of living in Thailand and wages compared to the US. I took my daughter to an international hospital years back when she was an infant fearing she had malaria or Dengue fever. The two night stay in the hospital was around $400.00. My SIL was a math teacher in Southern Thailand years back and 400 USD was essentially a monthly salary. She now lives in TN working as an accountant making well over 70k a year.
Healthcare costs Thai citizens very little.

New Orleans Police Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick was previously investigated for hitting pedestrians with her car in the same area where a deadly terror attack took place.

The superintendent was driving in the city's French Quarter when she struck a man and woman, leaving the female with minor injuries.

The August crash took place in the same district as the Ford F-150 Lightning terror attack which killed 15 people earlier this week, although Kirkpatrick's collision was accidental.

I’m finishing up a PHD. It’s sad what they let undergrads get away with these days. Citing BS sources. Opinion pieces from news organizations are somehow credible in academic writing now. Plagiarism is rampant, as we have seen with the IVY league administrators finally getting caught. Once you get to the graduate level and beyond, the standards do pick up. But many undergraduate programs are essentially nothing more than indoctrination stations used to spew out activist, not scholars.
Unless you are a nurse, engineer or accountant 😂 professional undergrad programs don’t play

How is this freaking relevant to anything? Good lord people

The FBI agent in charge of providing updates on the New Orleans terror attack apparently took her nose ring off after being slammed for it online, according to internet sleuths.

But by the next press conference, Duncan appeared without the nose jewelry, sparking comments on social media given that the FBI does not allow its agents to have facial piercings.

According to the FBI, 'Facial piercings are not permitted, except for female trainees, who are authorized to wear earrings.'

Glad to see we are worried about things that matter. We are a country of morons

EXCLUSIVE: The Terrifying History of Islamist Extremism At New Orleans Terrorist Shamsud Din Jabbar's Local Mosque

The man who drove a truck into a crowd of New Year's Day revelers in New Orleans was part of a Muslim community in Houston with a scary history of hard-line Islamism, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The FBI has probed Jabbar's ties to ISIS and hunted for potential accomplices. One focus is his Muslim immigrant community in northern Houston, and nearby mosque Masjid Bilal, which is now swarming with police, agents and armored vehicles.

The mosque belongs to The Islamic Society of Greater Houston (ISGH), which runs 20 centers across Texas' biggest city. It officially promotes tolerance, but the group also has a troubling track record of extremist preaching.

This includes its former cleric Zoubir Bouchikhi, who has been deported from the US. Bouchikhi has called non-Muslims 'worse than animals,' and shared anti-Christian Saudi propaganda at his Houston mosques.

Since Jabbar's attack, the mosque and ISGH have gone quiet. They did not answer DailyMail.com's requests for comment, and have reportedly urged members to brush off requests for information from investigators and journalists.

Automatic like for RATM reference. Introduced my 16yo daughter to them...she was amazed that the lyrics about the government etc all still apply the same today 30+ years later. Self titled album was 1991...and those songs are just as relevant today as when written. Sadly.
You listen to Steppenwolf?
