I can't let go of the fact that both were stationed at Ft. Bragg at the same time. I've heard other's arguments that a lot of military goes through Ft. Bragg. It all seems staged to me.

I wouldn't read too much into the Ft Bragg thing. Huge base, all sorts of Army personnel pass through there as others have mentioned.

Even if they weren't at Ft Bragg at the same time, that is still wild that you had both incidents committed by Army guys using trucks that they rented through the same app.

also they used enough force on the door to apparently blow out the deadbolt, and the hinges on the other side of the door, but didn't break any glass in the door?

oh heck, it actually looks like that door is still attached to some of the wood framing on the hinge side. so they didn't just blow the hinges out, they took the door right out of the wall....but left the glass intact.

I also really appreciate that there is no door threshold/sill. with the finished floor running to the outside. but even though they built that door without most important part of waterproofing a door, they did have sealant/weatherstripping on the side that you can see hanging?
