If that video was real:

The suspect would walk free. Chain of custody for all evidence from that house would be completely broken, crime scene contaminated and any and ALL evidence from that residence immediately thrown out pre-trial even with a public defender.

Any work done by the cops, feds, labs, etc would be completely wasted and zero evidence from that residence would be deemed fit for trial. Either that video is 100% fake...or there will be zero evidence from that residence used at trial. That lady could have altered, corrupted, planted, or stolen anything from that house. Complete insanity

Edit: i know dude is dead. I mean in trials for anyone who worked with him, or this evidence led to...

I don't know why yall are making this about religion when this was a guy going through financial troubles. It's obvious he was ready to die and did this because of the bad situation of his life and not some deeply held religious conviction. Religion was simply an excuse for his lowlife behavior cause he couldn't take tough times.

Remember he was raised Christian and his former wife said he wasn't religious when they were together. Islam was just a crutch for him to latch onto cause his life was going nowhere.

I watched this prior to your post. A friend told me to watch it. This explains a lot of details that aren't quite lining up. The rest of it is extremely concerning. Scary times ahead, I'm afraid.

She still led the league in flagrants against. Technicality flagrants count as well, assuming other players were entitled to the same rule.

Part of me wants to think all acts of foreign terrorism(or even domestic terrorism) should require posthumous trials when the primary suspect/s are deceased.

I realize most of the information would probably end up redacted & classified, or we'd get show trials at best. To me, that seems better than 3-letter agencies saying - "All investigative material is classified, but trust us."

I'm looking for a semblance of checks and balances to autonomously preserve all evidence, even if we have to wait a generation+ for full disclosure. I don't trust any 3 letter agency not to lose, corrupt, or destroy their investigative material without properly preserving it. Are there already mechanisms in place other than court documents(sealed or unsealed), that accommplish this, that I'm ignorant of?

You know there are 1.9 billion Muslims in the world. If this is based on religion why don't the nearly 2 billion Muslims out there do the same thing?

I'll tell you why cause they're not mentally unstable folks who can't handle their life falling apart and then decide to kill themselves while killing others. This is just a guy with problems that used religion as an excuse to commit violence. Normal Muslims don't commit terrorism because they're not mentally unstable depressed people.

This is an issue about a guy whose life was falling apart not about a religion.
