Nah. Not scared. I worked in that **** hole for 18 years. There is nothing there at all that holds any interest of mine. It's a dirty crowded place that smells of stale urine. I have no desire to stand in the cold with a bunch of people I don't know and watch a giant disco ball 'drop' to ring in another day. I'll pass.

It is speculative for sure. But man, what a target. I believe it's one of those eventual attacks. A shooter, multiple bombers, etc.

I was there for most of my 20s and never even considered it, not sure why standing in the cold for like 10+ hours with no bathroom access or ability to meaningfully move is fun for people. I would rather go to a NYE party full of my worst enemies, exes, any of it

I assume there is a heavy police presence for the event. Could something happen, sure, but something could happen at a Vols game and people attend those with no qualms.

I’ve heard crazy stories about it.
People wearing diapers so they don’t lose their spots. Having to get there early and stand around.
Hard pass. I’m old. Even when I lived there and was young I rarely saw midnight
