Thought I'd share this video i took from the game saturday. Neyland was the loudest i've heard it in 10 years. The atmosphere reminded me of why i fell in love with the Vols as a teenager. No pickering with fellow vol fans, no one yelling to sit down - a unified fan base that supported the team. It was amazing. I was hugged, high-fived, touched by more strangers saturday than my entire life combined. Here's to hoping Vol fans can continue that spirit moving forward. It's one of the things that makes our tradition so special. It reminded me that it truly is "Great to be a Tennessee Vol"

I had forgotten how amazing gameday in Neyland can be! Hope the USCe game will have the same turnout and support. I think it made a difference for the team. You could feel the confidence and energy build as the game went on. I haven't felt that much energy around the program in a long, long time.

It was the loudest I've heard it since 98 against Florida. That was the loudest game I've ever heard

Was it louder than that 6-overtime game against Arkansas? When was that - 2001 or 2002? That game was epic. Some drunk undergrad barfed on me in the first quarter. I didn't care...had to stay for the whole thing. I couldn't talk for a week from screaming. It was awesome.:rock:

i don't know, 02 uga game was very loud, when stephens ran the screen pass for the td. awesome. cal game was loud too.

It was certainly the loudest I had ever heard it. The 4th and 4 when UGA went for it early in the game was loud. I didn't think it could get louder, but wow when we blocked the punt and scored, I was proved wrong. THAT was loud. I hardly had time to see the Refs raise their hands before the student section erupted and a cascade of other students fell around me. It was a memory I'll never forget.

Agree brotha, my sons second game he's 17 we went to Florida last year and the game Saturday will be forever sketched in our memories that we shared together.. Gawd I love those Vols and Neyland.....GBO!

Holy crap brick by brick
You can't tell me none of those recruits didn't have a knot in their stomach during that game...
