Yeah, I'm sure it was difficult watching from the sidelines, the good news is he's been cleared, returned to weight training, and will be involved in the teams off-season preparing for the 2013 season.

I was shocked when he went on IR in the preseason. He will keep the defense at its elite level next year. He plays the run too well and he gives Aldon Smith rest.
