How much would it cost to lure saban?

45 Virgins
92 vials of Orange blood
16 bound spirits of the Lotus
32 hound dog'S teeth

Burn all at the feet of the Neyland statue and chant the forbidden words found in the Volunteer Enchiridion while dressed in the sacred orange robes blessed by graduate assistance.

That and like $6 million a year.

Thank you!

We get the best college coach in the game, and screw Bama.

When is that not win-win?

(I still want Gruden first though. Beating Saban > stealing Saban).

:lolabove:You think Grudaddy can beat Saban. LOL. You'll be the same one calling for Gruden's head if he were to lose 2 to Bama.

So, Saban has, literally, done absolutely everything he possibly can at Alabama. Two National Championships in five years, multiple years of having the number one recruiting class, top of the SEC, etc, etc. Alabama fans are always going to want more and more and there is not anything more that he can really do. He has hit the top, the only way to go, at Alabama, is down. I mean, he must be... not exactly bored but he does not really have a challenge with his job.

I know he just had his contract extended, and this is COMPLETELY hypothetical, but would Saban look at a school, like Tennessee, to coach and bring a team from the bottom to the top? I know there are rumors of Texas wanting Saban but there are no real facts behind those rumors. I am in no way saying that Tennessee should hire Saban or try to contact him right now but say Tennessee did contact him, do you think he would come (if the money was equal to Alabama)? Do you think he is looking for a challenge or is he is cruise control until he retires?

Just some hypothetical thinking and wanted to get the opinion of others.

If we did and he was able to win big he would be remembered as Mr. SEC and the coach of the conference. He would be immortalized and prob. considered the greatest coach of all time especially if he won a National title with us. It would be completely unheard of.

Plus we'd prob. build a statue for him too and the Bama / UT rivalry would grow even hotter. Would be pretty neat for sure but is VERY unlikely. The only reason I could see him doing it is for the possibility absolute indisputable greatness.

But for now I hate his guts and hope Georgia beats him. lol

I don't think he's leaving Bama. He's got it made. They worship him.
