Is a Nico by the numbers thread better suited looking at: A) production in limited snaps during a true freshman season, or B) the impact that having a signed 5 star qb has on ‘24-‘26 recruiting classes? At this stage in his college career I think it’s pretty obvious that his true impact wasn’t expected to be from a box score. But it’s still money well spent in this day and age.

Why would a random poster assume that unconfirmed media reports are gospel truth and then use it as a basis for an opinion? Did you really not get the point of showing that the poster did not KNOW what he claimed to know?

3 year $8 million NIL deal = $2,666,666 per season
5 games into 2023, 5 attempted passes, 2 completions.
If the same stays true for the season and we make a bowl, he will have 13 pass attempts with 5 completions or:
$205,128 per pass
$533,333 per completion

For perspective, Joe Milton will make roughly $500k for the season.

Nico isn't getting paid on performance. No one is, as it violates the rules set forth by the NCAA. Nico is getting paid for his Name, Image, and Likeness. Much like Pat Mahomes with State Farm.

Well, one because he pretty much acknowledged he didn't. Two because of the way he used the "facts". And three because it is extraordinarily unlikely that someone close to Nico with knowledge of that contract would choose to come here and use that knowledge in a post like that one.
