My babies have apparently infested the house with fleas while I'm stuck in Nashville(according to my sister anyway). What's the best way(other than burning the house down) to get rid of fleas? Supposedly, they're in the carpet. I need to try and take care of this somehow before I go home. I'm assuming fleas can carry diseases(don't really know) and I need to avoid that type of **** right now.

I was gonna say flea bomb it but i googled it first and apparently it's not a good idea. I'd say just call a pest control company and ask them.
