NLDS: St. Louis Cardinals vs. Philadelphia Phillies

11 pitch inning

Really thought it was going to be fewer than that. But of course Pujols had to foul a few off and force 6 more pitches

Son of a... 8 freakin pitches for Carpenter. Probably is gonna throw a complete game at this rate. Only 12.33 pitches per inning after 3

15 pitches...

You guys are definitely in a good position though. Halladay already thrown 67 pitches after 4. Carpenter only thrown 37 in 3

Phillies need to get on the board and run up the pitch count a bit

Chase Utley gonna lead off the inning...

I would too. I have no faith that the Cards will win this game.

Only 9 pitches again for Carpenter

The bottom 3 in the Phillies lineup should should just volunteer 3 outs for 10 pitches. Carpenter makes them look pathetic

That hit by Utley was a real home run.

I would love nothing more than for Pence to blast a home run. Come on!!

What a moron

Utley got thrown out in another game this series too. Wtf is that guy trying to steal bases

Unbelievable... Carpenter is probably going to pitch a complete game shut out in game 5. That would be embarrassing for the Phillies

Phillies only chance might be in the 9th if the Cards bring in their closer because they apparently can't score against Carp

Have the sound cut off, but if I remember correct, wasnt Utley perfect for stealing bases this reg season? Like 16 for 16?

Welp, looks like this is Halladay's last inning. Might have went one more if he didn't give up that hit but doubt he will now
