No one storms the field the way the TENNESSEE VOLS do!

This is not a good idea in reality, but...

It would be nice if Tennessee could sell "Storm the Field" access shoulder stickers before the game for $5 each, with proceeds going into a Sankey Fine & Posts Replacement fund.

Officials then charge anyone exiting the field without a shoulder sticker $20 to get out.

Like I said, not realistic. But I like the principal of fans taking the financial responsibility for their celebration.

The program got $120,000 worth of positive PR from the 'bama game. And maybe some would say the same about a victory over Georgia. But the positive PR impact for the program certainly decreases thereafter. At some point, less is more.

If TN is undefeated going against GA and they beat GA then I expect the field to be stormed.
Uh, no. Georgia doesn't rate. Reality is coming for them. It may take another year or two because they had such a big head start, but their nightmare is already walking the sidelines at Neyland. Looking forward to the next 10 in a row that we put on them. They deserve no respect because they only play one real game this year. Hopefully, we will be waiting.

TBH, i'm starting to work on my upper body strength so I can get back over the wall when we beat UGA. I stayed in the stands enjoying a cigar as my wife, daughter and SIL got on the field, there were many that found me valuable in helping them get back up the wall.

Congratulations to Duke for whipping Clemson. I had a friend talk about how great it was storming the field. I felt it looked a bit amateurish compared to the previous third Saturday in October. We have the best fan base in the College Football! Go Vols!

In all fairness they had only one third the people in their cozy little stadium.

Yeah, watching from my seats I wondered how many people didn't know you had to get back up the wall into the stands to exit the stadium.

I've always thought of Tennessee as a blue blood program, One of the top 10 in the country and expected to win every game and always felt storming the field was reserved for small schools who scored a big upset win....I guess I was wrong...Seems everybody wants to storm the field now....After last year if We storm the field at anytime this year or the next I will be embarrassed....We'll be the laughing stock of college football.

I like the idea Tennessee fans storm the field and take YOUR goalposts down if we beat you at home. Fines and damages be damned!!!

We don’t storm the field much, honestly, and probably won’t again for a long time. As far as I can tell, we’ve stormed the field 4 times in the last 50 years: ‘82 vs Bama, ‘85 vs Auburn, ‘98 vs Florida, ‘22 vs Bama. I thought I heard we stormed the field in the 60’s, too, but I don’t know which game it was.
Was at the 82 game and watched that great field-storming and seeing Bear humiliated as Johnny was carried on his players shoulders to go shake hands with him. That was the end of another humiliating run by Bams over the Vols. What a great feeling!!.
