Well Maryland is a revolving door so she end up Ivy eventually.
Welcome to the asylum. Thick skin required. Her brother played football at Maryland and her family has developed an affinity for the school. As well, regardless of the transfer activity, Brenda Frese has kept her program consistently relevant.
To be fair, I was a little surprised that she passed on a degree from Harvard or Princeton (especially since Princeton is a near perennial NCAA Tournament participant) but not everyone is practical at 16. It's possible that she hopes to play professionally. And if she does have academic priorities then graduate school is more important than where she got her bachelor's degree from.

Love that username. Can’t wait for your avatar…![]()
The Non-LV thread is like no other. Some great folks, some trolls, but definitely high participation, Great to have you join. Thanks, it's one of my more inspired pseudonyms. I have been lurking on your forum for a while and have come to enjoy its liveliness (even if I primarily support the Terrapins). With volume participation a certain level of ignorance and angst may be unavoidable. Still, there is enough informed discussion here that I finally decided to join.
Unbelievable how Coach Frese once again put together a top 5-10 team with 4 new starters. I don’t know why so many players have left her team the past few years but she always builds a top tier team anyway. She also always plays a difficult OOC schedule as well. Lot of respect for her coaching prowess.Well Maryland is a revolving door so she might end up Ivy eventually.
Especially since things weren't looking so good for them at the start of the season.Unbelievable how Coach Frese once again put together a top 5-10 team with 4 new starters. Iowa is revealed as the number one three seed. UConn is the number 3 two seed. As I predicted Utah is at this time a number one seed. They could go a long way in making that solid if they beat Stanford and win a portion of the Pac 12 Championship. It can't be off at this time because that is exactly where the teams and locations they would play were revealed. Still could change some with the remaining games of course.I think the new bracketology out this morning is a bit uneven:
Gville1:
SC #1- 1 seed
VT #9- 2 seed
Iowa #6- 3 seed
Mich #12- 4 seed
*avg ranking 7
Gville2:
Ind #2- 1 seed
Uconn #5- 2 seed
ND #10- 3 seed
Colo #21- 4 seed
*avg ranking 9.5
Seat3:
Stanf #3- 1 seed
Md #7- 2 seed
Duke #11- 3 seed
Nova #15- 4 seed
*avg ranking 9
Seat4:
Utah #8- 1 seed
LSU #5- 2 seed
OSU #16- 3 seed
Tex #19- 4 seed
*avg ranking 12
Notes: #6 Iowa as a 3 seed in the Gville1 seems off. Seat4 is the easiest bracket and #5 LSU there feels like a "reward". #12 Mich as a 4 seed in Gville1 also seems off.

After Maryland pounded Iowa Lisa Bluder taking a shot a Brenda Frese : I mean honestly this is one of the smaller crowds that we went against, Iowa coach Lisa Bluder said. This might be a really good one for Maryland, I don't know.
