Yeah she would have given us a veteran post player who knew what it was like to bang in the SEC. She is missed.

Latham and Spearman just aren’t ready for the paint in the SEC yet.

Look just as you all have your opinions here’s mine.
Tennessee’s staff could just play the two forwards off the bench in larger roles who started last year in the ACC.
Latham at Syracuse in the paint would’ve wiped the floor with any of these post you folks are talking about.
Did you see her games against Alabama and Notre Dame as a true freshman?
This is comical.
These pipe dreams about this player that transferred or players from other teams in different system coming here and producing is fictional.
Pierre wouldn’t touch the ball half the time to come close to averaging 20 points. And everything she does is mostly isolation.
You put Cooper, Whitehorn, Spencer, or Spearman at Vandy they could average just as many points if not more than Pierre.
All this talk when if it wasn’t for a blown charge call this wouldn’t be a topic. And honestly it’s still not a topic.
UT could’ve won all those games by 1 point and remained undefeated some of the fans still wouldn’t be satisfied.
This is so funny and entertaining keep it coming.

I agree this is nonsense.
Pipe dreams. Bad ones at that. Tennessee got exactly what it needed out of the portal.
If they want to improve rebounding and defense in the post the options are on the current roster to erase the 8 point deficit that led to 4 losses.
Oddly that once Tennessee’s current staff in year 1 secured a #1/#2 recruiting class in HS and has stated they will fill the roster’s two available spots via the portal in the Spring to complete the roster this fanbase hasn’t seen a player they don’t see as a need.
I mean every single player that has a decent game is no suddenly a need.

That win has moved Florida State back to a quad one win for us. We have three Quad one wins know a couple are hanging close, but Florida State just made theirs a lot better. Amazing that we keep losing and moving up in the net. Were now number 12 guess the SC game would move us up to ten if we lose and single digits if we win.

maybe u caught me… but i agree hidalgo (don’t like her) and betts are also very good but latson is just so much fun to watch and can really do it all. as they showed in the game, latson is actually doing better than hidalgo in ACC play. i’m a huge latson fan tho so maybe a bit biased.
