Shoving match in the OK/LSU game. Smith of LSU got tangled w Beers and blatantly shoved her to the ground. Then an OK player came over and shoved Smith back and Smith charged her. To their credit, everyone else stayed cool. Both shovers will be ejected but Smith totally in the wrong.

Both big games close towards the end of the first qtr.

eta: It was Cullen not Beers that Smith shoved. Smith getting thrown out really hurts LSU against the big Sooners

Sarah Ashley Barker is playing incredible right now. Has really stepped up her game.

She's one of those "looks are deceiving" players. First time I saw her I thought, "Well, that skinny blonde will ride the bench for four years." Then she made me eat those words. Great player.

I’ll do you one better and say Kristy Curry should have stayed at Purdue. She made the title game in 2001 and hasn’t even sniffed the S16 since her final season with the Boilermakers in 2006.
