The team is still getting better. Wish she would have gotten a couple of those games that went down to the last possession. I could see DW giving the whole staff a little bonus. Especially with a win tonight and a couple wins in the big dance. Can't wait to see what see accomplish next season.

Getting ready to watch Louisville take on Clemson before the Tennessee game.

CKC has a Top 5 win in year 1 over UConn . Tennessee has been in every game this season in year 1 and still can reach a higher ceiling as a team. That’s unheard.
The LVs have won close games and came up short in close games that’s part of the sport. Nothing to look back at with everything in front of this Top 10 team who in a few hours in the Top 16 seed reveal will find out they’re in great position yet again to host and earn a 2 or 3 seed in the NCAA tourney.

Yeah, Chuck, I'm more concerned with Kim's staff's salaries than hers this year, all things considered. NOT that I believe any of them would be lured away after only one season at Tennessee, but some could certainly try. I feel like White needs to literally buy Kim more time with this group of assistants, 'cause they obviously GSD.

AD White and Coach Caldwell will have their pick of quality assistant coaches if and when any current assistant(s) may decide to pursue an opportunity as a head coach.
Tennessee already is paying assistant coaches nearly half or better than some head coaches make at schools in P4 conferences.
I don’t understand the focus on money to this extent from the fanbase on UT athletics.
Before this season, no one on this forum had ever mentioned the names of any of Coach Caldwell’s current assistant coaches including the two who came from SEC schools.
Everyone has earn credit and done their jobs but this isn’t about 1 or 2 assistant coaches. It’s about everyone in that locker-room. I believe they will stay together in the near future.

Lindy Larocque's UNLV team just clinched their 4th consecutive MW regular season title, going for their 4th straight tourney title soon. She only makes about $250k each season, wonder if she'll be snatched up. Granted the MW is mid-major, but she's really creating something good here.
