I think EW was the problem. If she can’t step up as a 5th year senior and lead this young team, then who? She had 0 assists and only took four shots and the two she made were when the game was decided. She didn’t create shots and mostly stood in the corner and passed around the perimeter.Westbrook doesn't appear to be the shooting problem in the 4th. She's 2-4 in the quarter.
Ducharme is just not primetime ready for this road game, and Williams didn't step up. No idea what's up with Edwards and Juhasz being nowhere to be found.
UConn will not find it getting easier. Louisville's defense is just as ruthless. They're lucky that UCLA is the walking wounded as well.
Westbrick made a couple of garbage shots when the game was decided. The score would've been closer to a 20 point win if GT hadn't missed half of their free throws.Westbrook doesn't appear to be the shooting problem in the 4th. She's 2-4 in the quarter.

you spelt 'muricans wrong. It is amazing how UCONN, with all their all americans, has struggled so much this year on offense. Now with Paige out of the lineup, they are probably going to look like we did against USF every game. That should be fun to watch Geno squirm.
Depaul beat UK by 4 points. I love Kyra's personality and as a LV but am not sure how she will cut it as a head coach once her star graduates.
Didn't say she was impactful. You commented that she was throwing up a bunch of bricks in the 4th. She had taken 2 shots at the time you made that comment. Williams and Ducharme were the ones with the really ugly misses. She had two buckets at the very end after it was out of reach, hardly impactful
Kentucky was missing Dre'Una Edwards. They have no chance against any decent team without her. DePaul will likely pick up another win against a shoethanded team in a few weeks vs. UConn. It is amazing how UCONN, with all their all americans, has struggled so much this year on offense.
