Yep. If Shakira doesn’t get in foul trouble, this definitely is a L for them. Don’t see them getting into an rhythm on offense against this Ole Miss defense.

Watching GA Tech and North Carolina. Great start for Tech hitting a few outside shots. Their size is bothering North Carolina.

Tech hitting those threes is going to open things up in the paint for Cubaj and Hermosa to operate. They’re a mature basketball team with a tough defense. I’m enjoying watching them this season.

Hoping Ga Tech can keep laying it on NC like they did in the first quarter. Been past time for them to be out of the Net Ranking to a level where they really belong.

North Carolina hasn’t passed the eye test all season. Still don’t. Against a quality opponent with size and a defense they completely fall apart.

Their offense is so easy to disrupt if you have any length at all. They count on Utsby and a couple others getting paint scores and that just isn’t going to happen against a better team. Too small and not athletic enough to get that done. Someone like Teonni will really be beneficial to what she is trying to do.

Kentuckys record wasn’t that ugly until the last 10 days or so. They remained ranked last week because two of their losses were to top 5 teams on the road. They will drop out and likely Ole Miss will move in tomorrow if the outcome today holds.

Massengill never developed into much of a leader. Her game never evolved either. Watching her today she looks no different than she did as a freshman at UT but she doesn’t hustle as hard.

Howard hasn't been as good a player as a junior and senior as she was as a freshman and sophomore. She is missing shots today that she seldom missed her first two seasons at Kentucky. If she was shooting well Kentucky would be leading this game.

Gotta believe Banghart is looking ahead at their schedule and crapping her pants. This ain’t the Ivy League. The ACC is a tough conference. Even some of the lower teams like BC, Miami and Wake are tough. Just about any team can knock someone off on any night.

Coaching change is the obvious factor there. She and Mitchell seemed to have a really good rapport. He was able to get so much more out of her.
