Hope he is well also, he is an Icon in this sport. I won’t call Geno the GOAT on this site, but I never disrespect that man or his program. Nobody can doubt he and his are the greatest ever in WBB. Still on a streak of what, 14 straight final fours? Jesus..

Pat is the GOAT for what she was as a pioneer, person overall, and what she did for the sport. At least for me that's without question. However, Geno is the better X and O coach and also to me that's also without question. Tara is the mix of the 2. All 3 are always going to be the top of women's basketball.

Well ill be damned Coach Elzy , let the girl play yikes . Edwards has spoken and now we know why she has not been on the court for the bears this season . Sad to see this type of relationship with coach and player.

A bit tacky on Edwards' part to call Elzy out for this. It's her third transfer, there was never a guarantee that she'd be able to play immediately. If I were Baylor, I'd advise her to delete this.

I mean its a bit tacky on both ends . I get why Elzy wont sign off on the transfer but in this day and age if a player wants to go let them and move on to the future. Edwards definitely should take it down but Elzy wont release her so i have a feeling someone is in her ear telling her this is the best route when in fact its hurting both parties even more.

I certainly hope the Baylor staff isn't directing her to use this as a tactic. It just reminds me of all the nonsense that Geno pulled during the Westbrook transfer situation. If she has to sit a year, oh well! Sucks but life goes on.

She could always appeal to the ncaa for a waiver. She knew the risks headed into her decision. Seems Kyra could let go.

It's pretty hamfisted. The rules are the rules. What she's really asking for is to bypass the rules, but writing around that reality by implying it's all on Kentucky. It's not on Kentucky. Kentucky is in the right whether they sign a waiver or don't sign a waiver.

It probably makes me a mean old crust, but emotional appeals to avoid following the rules aren't big winners with me. I'm sure she's had conversations with Kentucky, and I'm sure they've made their position clear. Taking it public in an effort to create negative PR is just ... not how to proceed, in my book.

SC is mauling Auburn by almost 50!! Impressive.
NC State might lose at home to an unranked Boston College team. The more I see of a lot of teams UT should definitely be ranked.
