For me I used to get so upset about every lose and I would always make sure I am home always home to watch every game now I coach a youth football team where I miss a lot of the games and I don't even care much when they lose its become so normal

About every lose? Bet you will make sure to be home tomm to see Luck, luck into another win he had no business winning.

Well this is the type of UT team I've grown up watching for the most part, so im pretty much used to it. Every years it's the same thing... 5-7, 5-7, 5-7.... I try and stay positive but today really took it out of me. We always find the most disappointing ways to lose.

Well the only good seasons I ever saw UT have were with him as HC, so yes.

I have been a Vols fan for over 30 years and I have reached a really sad point. For me, there is nothing even remotely enjoyable about this program anymore. For several years now, it's just a gut wrenching kick to the nuts week in, week out. Yes, we beat USCe this year and once with Kiffin, but nothing but utter agony and disappointment has followed.

There used to be a time when being a UT fan was fun. Win or lose, we ALWAYS had a shot to win. Now, we can't even look to Vandy as a win.

By all means, there will be those on this board that will flame me, and that's fine. But I bet there are just as many who have reached this same conclusion. This just isn't fun anymore...

I agree. Its even gotton to the piont where im intolerable to be around on the weekends. I cant even tolerate myself most saturdays. Im best for my loved ones when the team has a bye wk. Its getting more and more sick. Looking foward to offseason.
