It's silly to say "backup/fallback plan" and Kaho in the same sentence, nobody credible said that... All I've heard since they started recruiting him was he was super high on TN's board... he's a 4* caliber player... recruiting services can catch up later... If he doesn't sign with us, I wish him the best at Colorado... they got a steal if so

My interpretation from what I have been reading is he has a spot, but he would have to pull the trigger before Sunday.

Is he visiting this weekend? All the back and forth with everyone got me confused on who is coming. He is one I hope we sign. Think he has some nice upside and never know if you can pull his brother as a transfer later.

Pretty sure if he is announcing on the 18th that he is taking his spot while someone else doesn’t know if they want to come. Probably helps with the decommitment of Art Green right?

eh....not imo....

greene and he would play two differen positions and if he's signing next week, i would take that to mean he's securing his spot at a program that will take him right now...NV or CO.

I dunno I don’t think you visit on the 13th and announce your signing on the 18th just to take a spot with someone else. Just doesn’t really happen.

i'm not saying you're wrong. but with the way our board is moving around this week and likely will continue to move around, i would imagine VK is one that has been asked to wait....and he's chose not to do so

or...

he's been given the green light.

right now, both are guesses.

Fact is he was a fallback plan. I’m not sure why so many chose to be the champion for this particular kid, but sure looks like we won’t have room for him, which I said. Because JP thinks Whitehead, or whoever, is better, which I also said. If he was prepared to sign him even as a backup plan then he likes him a good bit more than I do, but yeah, not enough to give his spot to a clearly better player. We didn’t have to go to a backup plan, that’s a good thing. So get over your crush on the kid, and wipe the butthurt away.

Do you honestly believe your knowledge and ability to evaluate players is on par with Pruitt's, because that's how it comes across in your posts? There's a fine line between trying to look knowledgeable and coming across as arrogant.

No part of what I said there or anything I've ever said implies I believe that.

You just think it sounds arrogant now because it looks like I'm going to be right about this kid not getting in.

And I wasn't even gonna do the "told ya so" thing until Power T started running his mouth.

I honestly don't care about you being wrong or right. I'm just referring to the tone of your posts, which seem to lack any ounce of humility. As far as the "I told you so" aspect, being right should be enough. Crowing about it in such a way absolutely smacks of arrogance. It's all about the way you go about it.

But you do you. Honestly, I was just trying to give advice. Take it or leave it as you please.
