Do you ever think maybe you're the one who doesn't understand simple logic? You correctly referenced the bowl selection process and pointed to the rankings, but are you even looking at the rankings or reading what the bowl selection website says? Some of these people don’t understand simple logic and how the process works. I’ve tried explaining what you said but they refuse to believe it.
Because we would get completely boat raced by Clemson with a backup QB, I'd rather win the NY6 bowl than get completely embarrassed again like USCjr did to us.
Every team ( not in the CFP ) will have players , that opt out of the bowl game , but not every team lost a Heisman candidate QB . Success the next two games is contingent on how well Milton plays and the coaches & team leaders ability to identify and fix whatever it was that happened last week .If we had a full team we would smack UNC, but at this point I don’t know what to think about that. Who knows w/ Clemson?

We’re a much better team than Carolina. We have been all year, w/ the exception of Saturday night. I couldn’t handle losing to them, even though we would only lose do to opt outs . I work on Franklin St. pretty much every day. I’d never hear the end of it.I’d rather play Clemson. I don’t want to see drake maye vs this secondary. Would also love to put a beat down on Dabo after he ran his mouth.
If we take care of business I don't see how we get anything lower than orange.
LSU Loses and they drop to 3 loses. They will be below us and go to cotton or citrus.
LSU wins and both them and UGA go to the CFP (which would make Saturday hurt even more tbh)
I am really pulling for LSU to shut UGA up...I'm pulling for TCU and USC to run the table, a close game between OSU/Michigan and for LSU to pull the upset so I don't have to wrestle with the "what ifs".
I wish. Ga gets its revenge from 2019 loss in this game. Ga wins by 24 imo.I am really pulling for LSU to shut UGA up...
1. LSU wins SEC
2. OSU Soundly beats MI
3. USC destroys ND and Oregon in PAC12 championship
4. TCU destroys KSU in BIG12 championship.
#1 Seed = OSU
#2 Seed = TCU
#3 Seed = USC
#4 Seed = LSU
I agree , they have a very good QB and we have a weak secondary. Clemson is a much more attractive match up for various reasons , at this point I'd be happy with either In a NY6 Bowl .
Not happening.Do you ever think maybe you're the one who doesn't understand simple logic? You correctly referenced the bowl selection process and pointed to the rankings, but are you even looking at the rankings or reading what the bowl selection website says?
Sugar Bowl - SEC vs Big 12 (Most likely Alabama)
Rose Bowl - PAC 12 vs Big 10 ( Most likely Michigan)
Orange Bowl - ACC vs Highest Ranked SEC/Big 10/Notre Dame (Most likely Tennessee)
It's possible that Penn State could pass us in the rankings and take the Orange Bowl. It's also possible that LSU could beat UGA but miss the playoffs and therefore take the Orange Bowl. If either of those things happen then there's still the Cotton Bowl.
Cotton Bowl - At Large vs At Large (Could be Tennessee if we are ranked in the Top 12)
And even if Penn State passes us, they could find themselves in the Rose Bowl if Ohio State and Michigan play a close game and both get into the playoffs. There are several paths for the Vols to land in a NY6 bowl and quite frankly the only way we don't is if we lose to Vanderbilt.
