2 minute drill...

Ainge rolls right and throws the ball away under pressure but they call it a sack. Loss of 7..

Delay handoff

Who is this Quaterback named"Delay". I've never heard of him. :biggrin2:

Great job. Even better than the announcers which I don't get very well on the radio in Alabama. Thanks OWB.

So do they play 1st string O against 2nd string D, and 2nd string O against 1st string D? Sounds like it was a well-balanced game if that's the case.

Kentucky just finished their first week of Spring Ball, and the defense is dominating the O. At the moment, expected backup QB Pulley has grabbed the 1st string QB slot from Woodson.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with what was accomplished today.

Obviously Ainge had a solid performance and our secondary isn't too shabby. So that's even more impressive that Ainge did what he did. He made smart decisions too. He pulled the ball down and ran when nothing was open and he didn't force anything. He took the sack instead of throwing it up for grabs. Cut is definitely helping there..

Meachem had a great day with over 100 yards and 2 TD receptions. Hopefully he will be able to continue that..

The RB's didn't do that much, but they picked up some good first downs. Can't wait for Foster to get in there. That will help a lot..

Wihoit was booming them into the endzone on the kickoffs and made all of his field goals..

The linebackers were all over the place..

The secondary had a couple of picks and a couple of coverage sacks..

It sounds like the special teams could still use a little more work..

Some other players used their playing time well..

All in all, it's good momentum going into the summer.

Let's hope there aren't any stupid injuries or players in trouble in this stretch.

When the qb has good numbers you can watch fim and the o-line guys did good. The o-line guys never get the credit they desrve when things go well, but let the offense slow and they get more critisism than a democrat in oklahoma.

Good point Dan. The offensive line has certainly been a questionable position this Spring. Looks like they did a good job today.

Hey just got caught up. Thanks for the review. Sounds like o maybe better than previously reported. Good news. As far as me crititzing Meach, it WAS not directed at him in particular. It was directed at the Coaching Staff proclaiming he & others as "playmakers" that would make a difference. To that I say no...not w/o good coaching!

Point is Cut is certainly better than last year, we'll have to see how he stacks up in the SEC.

Good point. I just realized that there haven't been any arrests like last year. I guess that's encouraging.

Anybody know what formation they used primarily? Sounded like a single back, tight end, and 3 wr's.
