This is a real question and not a joke.
If Obama has congress pass a bill forcing College football to enact a play-off system how will it be handled? Will he decide that each league, even the Ivy leage, deserve to have the same amount of teams placed into the system. Or would he allow the stronger (wealthier) conference like the SEC and Big 12 to have more teams enter the play-off.
Example:
Option one, play-offs take top 2 teams from each conference.
Option two, top 8 teams are placed into play system.
I ask this because he seems to want to regulate everything and has on more than one occasion mentioned changing this system. Question is not how you would handle it but how he would handle it.
