And it is a joke to say the Republicans are blocking everything. You must have missed the overwhelming majority in both the House and Senate. He is messing up because he is inept, as in dumber than Jimmy Carter.
This guy doesn't need to be in government, and he sure doesn't need to be involved in decision-making for sports. We already have things screwed up enough.
Do you think he'd include the ivy league and equal spots for the WAC?
Of course he would include every one. That is a silly question.
Orange Empire ... you think he'd start the play-offs with every single team?
The NCAAB is thinking about expanding to 90 teams so maybe your not that far off ...
What? Ivy League? Of course not. The problem with the ideal of this thread is Obama would never truly decide the outcome and we have really no idea of what he would do anyway.
What exactly is he doing wrong? The republicans are blocking everything he's tried so he can't be running us into the ground..
As far as I know he would force the NCAA get involved. Ya know how they have a tourney with bball baseball hockey.plus FCS div II and III football all have an actual championship decided by tournament.

Do you understand football at all? It is not basketball and impossible.
He could lead the legislation. It could be something that he feels needs to get done. He has commented on it more than a dozen times and says it needs fixed. This leads me to believe he will try something before his tenure is up. My thought is how people think he would change it. Not whether or not he's an idiot.
I used the word socialize becase that was my question. Buzz words are for PC idiots. It is a honest question. Would he form a capatalistic system, top 8 teams in, or would he go socialist and let everyone enter the system because some conference don't have as much money and they deserve a chance to? Simple question. Aimed only at how he would set the system up.
