has anyone compared Bush's 1st throw with hussein's? i believe Bush threw a strike while wearing a jacket and a bullet proof vest.

Albert reached out in front of the plate to take it on a short hop. Hell, it would have been called as "too high" in softball.
BHO threw the ball just like a girl that does not play sports!

At this point, anyone not cult following groupy should know anything coming from Obama or his camp should be taken for what it is...:bs:

that's what smoking does for you, leaves you wheezing for breath and unable to throw a tiny ball all of 60' 6".

It is a father's responsibility to teach his children to thrown a damn ball. I'm not keen on Obama, but it isn't his fault his dad was a globetrotter.

That was one of the most sissified throws I've ever seen from a grown man.

do fans in St Louis, a National League city, care enough about the Sox to be booing because of that...I would think not

A little bit. I lived there for 5 years. The whole stadium would have booed loudly if he came out with a Cubs jacket on. It may have even cost him votes, seirously. The St. Louis crowd doesn't like the Chicago teams much.

whatever makes you feel better about your boy

he is by no means my boy. as a cardinal fan, i am just stating a possibility. as a previous poster stated as well, there is not much love for chicago in st. louis. they don't boo too much there at all tho.

If there were significant numbers of Cubs fans there (being only a few hours away) then absolutely I could see them booing him for his White Sox gear.

the only reason i put that out there is they didn't really start booing til he got completely out on the field and people could actually see him.

you just never know tho. i was shocked for sure to see st. louis boo the prez no matter who he is.
