and not one person speaks out about the fact that he is spewing this during church, but if a Baptist preacher at a white church were to say the same about McCain......
you seriously believe that Falwell touting this type of message regarding McCain would be handled similarly. Not a fair analogy to make your point about the media. Farahkan is completely marginalized. No one cares what he says because, well, he's expected to be an idiot.
Its more akin to pointing out that some toothless murderer in some prison somewhere says he supports McCain. I am sure that has happened at least once this year and it likewise is not getting covered.
Honestly, you have muich better examples out there of media bias, but not reporting this isn't one of them.

once again, not my point, but I will say that I believe you underestimate Mr Farahkan's influence in the black community.
You think the two have equal footing?
But you raise an interesting point. If Falwell said something awful and it got played on MSNBC, the McCain camp would be claiming that it was guilt by association and that one could not assume that McCain believes in everything Falwell says or does just because he had meetings or dicussions with him....
Sound familiar?
The black community is voting for Barack Obama something like 9-1. This is like saying that the head of the American Heritage Foundation is urging his analysts and commentators to vote for McCain.
sorry, wrong word...rules...dang lawyer
Oh, you mean "rules" against voting for people based on their race...
I'm pretty sure there aren't. Pesky First Amendment, and all. I personally think its a bad idea for anyone to vote for or against either McCain or Obama based on his race, though I both understand and accept that it is going to happen.
