That's not breaking, its from two days ago.
And I loved how Spicer was sent out there to, quite unconvicingly, try to bootstrap their false claim of wiretapping into a justification not to answer any questions about Trump and Russia. Spicer said they had asked the Senate and House to investigate wiretapping of Trump, and will not comment further until its done. Hilarious.
And then they sent out Conway and that permanent grin on her face Sanders, who, when asked to provide proof of Trump's claim, both said EXACTLY (like word for word) the same thing: "He has access to more intelligence information than I do."
This IMPLIED, without saying so, that Trump has a secret source, so we should just believe it. It gets them off the hook of having to explain, and gives the utterly false impression that this came from some credible place, and not from Breitbart repeating infowars nonsense.
The duck and weave of the Trump people trying to defend his Twitter diarrhea nonsense would be laughable if it weren't based in such a serious and completely fabricated accusation.
Got news for you: He isn't getting out of this one. He said it was a fact that Obama did this and it is a felony and Obama is a bad or sick guy for having done so.
That's not something you can walk away from. If he cannot prove that, I don't think that he will be able to politically come back from it.
