ObamaGate

How this isn't illegal (and perhaps a good lawyer could find some way to prove it is; I don't know), I have not a clue. I suppose our Founding Fathers never anticipated a complete moron like Donny becoming the president.

This should be an impeachable offense in any functional republic, where both parties are concerned about the well-being of the nation over small-minded partisanship.

Even though it was not under oath, this is without question worse than Bill lying about Monica and a blowjob. This is the kind of third world "jail the opposition" mindset and accusation that, if not punished in some shape or form, threatens to unravel the very threads of a democracy. That's a whole heck of a lot worse than lying about a blowjob under oath.

If lying were an impeachable offense...we'd probably never have a President sit for full term in our history.

As dumb as it may be...it is a reach to believe it's worthy of impeachment.

So, name a date.

At what time, when trump has been neither charged nor convicted of being a Russian plant, should you be arrested for weakening our democracy through accusations against our sitting president?

If you can't understand the difference between abusing the powers of the office of the presidency to publicly accuse another president (or any other civilian, really) of a felony without proof and a messageboard poster accusing a president of being a traitor (which all of 100-300 people will read), then you're in worse shape than I already figured you are.

This isn't about lying; this is about the gravity of the lie in question. It's a lie that is unfounded and, if left unchallenged, will potentially paralyze future generations of American democracy.

If every single American president is allowed to just publicly accuse other politicians of high crimes they didn't commit, what kind of system do you think we're going to have in another couple of decades or so?

I'm not claiming he should be impeached for this if it is not necessarily an "impeachable" offense by the book (although impeachment is largely arbitrary, depending upon the political whims of the party in power); I am, however, claiming that it should be an automatic dismissal in the future. We should make a law against such an action.

What powers has be abused, besides a larger platform for accusation than you? Did he sick his AG on Obama? Obama in a prison cell somewhere?

It seems to me that you're weakening the democracy. Wasn't that your underlying reason?

I'm just showing how you continue to be a delusional hypocrite.

He's currently having his DoJ try to dig up whatever it can and having his AG lie about whatever he wants him to regarding this.

What do you mean he isn't abusing his powers?

The moment his little fingers on his little hands tweeted that nonsense he was abusing the executive's powers.

I'm just curious, when did you sell your soul?

well...my man...this is where we are now....common sense, well-rounded education, civility and personal responsibility are not as prevalent as they once were.

When the country elects a "reality tv star" instead of someone with tangible political attributes, it's what "we" evidently wanted.

I didn't vote for the man...Hillary neither, as I believe she was an even worse option. Some of his ideas are worthy of an effort to get going, but he needs to STFU and give Congress the azimuth and let them enact legislation.

If Obama did what Trump claims he did, it's trump's job to ask the DoJ to investigate.

Proof that he's asking them to lie?

You don't have the power to Tweet? Other than being a Tweeter, which isn't a Presidential power, which powers is he abusing? Please be specific.

I'm just curious, when did you sell your soul?

Over 2000 years ago. I was purchased back by a the loving act of a God that deserved me without lifting his finger. I thank you for your concern, but would recommend you worry more about your soul than mine. Mine's in good hands.

Here's a new little twist for your "I believe in what I can't see, but what I can see, I don't believe in" rear.

If Trump is correct, then his little tweets, those little innocuous things you just referred to, would be obstruction of justice, an acting president publicly interfering with an ongoing DoJ (assuming it even exists, which it does not) investigation of Obama.

So there's that, little fella.

I'm not into ego, so you can save your ridiculous "boy, little fella, etc" taunts for those who they'll affect, big guy.

I'm actually blown away by how quickly, yet confidently, the assistant backtracks to new, wild, crazy claims once his previous claims are challenged and he can't back them. It's like watching an over-caffeinated squirrel learning the tango.

What claims couldn't I back?

Seems to me you've been caught in a quagmire of your own relativistic making.

And assuming none of what I've said is correct, you're suggesting that I'm throwing our democracy under the bus and am a dangerous threat as such.

So what does that say about that little dictator that you (totally don't) support?

Face it, guy, you're nothing but a hack. Trump made you sell your soul, just like piglet. Pathetic.

You've claimed that Trump should be impeached and arrested for accusing a former president of crimes. I pointed out that you are accusing a sitting president of crimes.

You pointed out the difference between him supposedly abusing his presidential powers and you posting on a messageboard. You also claimed he is asking the AG to lie.

I asked you to prove that he's asking the the AG to lie, which you ignored.

I asked you to tell me specifically which presidential power he is abusing.

You responded: Tweeting. Tweeting is the presidential power that he's abusing.

Which... Again... According to you is vastly different and more criminal than your posting on a messageboard.

VolProf, i think you need a hobby. Take up golf, train for a marathon, collect stamps, anything.

I do have hobbies. I study geopolitics and Russian history. I also do Russian language-training on the side, although that is fledgling.

Even so, I still have time to track down the coup that was committed against you and me. I'm sure that elicits a good laugh, but, then again, so did my comments about the Trump Organization and business expansion.

ProTip: master the pronoun system first. Spend time knowing them by gender and case and recognizing them in speech. The rest will be a piece of cake.

Go read a small Gideon's bible. I'm tired of your relativistic rear end.

I could equally question your mental state, but I don't.

So go screw off, you passive aggressive dingbat.

So defensive today. You mad about someone giving you a challenge to your dumb hate-for-Trump post bro?

I bet his head is spinning now, I wonder what deflection volpus will give us next, so entertaining.

Volproof, I love your posts man, but geopolitics and Russian history. That's a sickness not a hobby.
